The setting and the views, cleaning staff were excellent!
Some members of staff were appalling. The receptionist who checked us in was the most ill-manered woman we ever met, it seemed we were disturbing her from whatever she had been doing.. One of the breakfast staff was ignorant and ill-mannered also, she would snap at you if you asked her for anything. Based on our first impression at reception, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and both members of need should be made complete a hospitality course.

Our stay at this hotel was an incredible value for the money! The room we had was spacious and clean, and the balcony offered a breathtaking view of the town and the lake. The location, although a bit uphill, was worth it for the stunning panoramic view and the advantage of fewer mosquitos. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The views of the lake were great, even from our relatively 'low' balcony. This is the advantage of a hotel on the hill! Of course it means walking back up the road after a belly full of dinner in town is hard work! Although not in central Limone, it is close enough to be a brisk 15 min walk to the first set of shops and restaurants, and only an extra 5 or 10 minutes to the busier parts. I also liked the hotel facilities: swimming pools (smaller, but colder(!) indoor pool and a large outdoor one) and pizzeria if you don't fancy walking into town for a meal. The gym looked ok but I didn't use it (you must pay for using these facilities which I thought ought to be compliementary to guests).
I did not like the fact that there was no garage to store my bicycle - had to leave it on the balcony or in the room. The in-room safe had no instructions on how to operate it. The towels provided were like giant tea-towels! Adequate for a shower, but for poolside use, bring your own. Using the air-condintioning costs extra - beware (and it is hugely ineffective anyway!). Our room was beneath a larger terrace for other rooms and it was quite noisey when people drag furniture about. The hotel has many rooms (about 175) and as such, is designed to cater for lots of people - so the cooked buffet breakfast items (basically eggs, bacon and sausage bits) are constantly 'out of stock' and you have to wait quite a while for more to be cooked.

The hotel offers a wide range of amenities such as Turkish baths, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The panoramic setting on Lake Garda is simply breathtaking. The restaurant serves delicious Italian and international cuisine.
Who needs good service when you can enjoy a beautiful view and mediocre food?

My stay at Centro Vacanze La Limonaia was absolutely amazing! The hotel is in a quiet location near the city center, offering breathtaking views. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. The swimming pool and gym were a great addition, and I made sure to visit the spa center for some much-needed relaxation. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious, and the dinner was simply incredible. The staff, especially the cleaning team, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely return to this lovely hotel.
For us, it was ideal! 😊

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the location was absolutely stunning. Situated up a mountain, the hotel offered breathtaking views of Lake Garda. It was a joy to wake up to such a picturesque setting every morning. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable. Despite being a more basic accommodation, the rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided. I also appreciated the value for money, as breakfast was included in the price. It was a great way to start the day with a delicious meal, especially considering the beautiful surroundings.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I have no complaints.

I recently stayed at Centro Vacanze La Limonaia for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable for all of us, and the terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel also had ample parking space, which was a big plus. We loved the beautiful waterfall located just behind the hotel. Additionally, the wellness center offered a wide range of amenities, including a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym. The hotel is located on a hillside along a paved footpath which skirts Lake Garda, offering stunning views of the lake from the terrace. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and modern showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the town center. Breakfast is buffet-style with a variety of options, including cooked dishes and fresh fruit.
Some guests may find the steep hill leading up to the hotel a challenge to climb, especially in the heat.
